This is an Eccentric Reducer, Tri-Clamp by Tri-Clamp (LGV-32-14MP).
The sizes available are variable from 1" to 4".
The part is used in many breweries and wineries. The purpose of this part is to change the Tri-Clamp size and keep the flow in the assembly line. The inner dimension of the Tri-Clamp varies depending on the need of the line.
For example, LGV P/N: LGV-32-14MP-2X15, one side of the part will fit on to a 2" Clamp and on the other side, the part will fit on to a 1 1/2" Clamp. The reducer on the inside will remain a flat flow on the bottom, while the top reduces down to give you the smaller ID on the other end.
