Enter your measured dimensions and the hose manufacturer's compression percentage to calculate the assembly's outer crimp diameter.

Measure the fitting shank's outside diameter.
Measure at three different points and enter the average.

Crimp diameter = shank OD + (2 × hose wall thickness) + (2 × ferrule wall thickness) − (2 × hose wall thickness × compression ÷ 100).
